Data Collected

The only personal data collected is that voluntarily submitted by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number and message content.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Every processing operation carried out on this website relies on a legal basis set out in Article 6 GDPR:

• Answering your enquiries and issuing a quote, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b))

Recipients of the Data

Your data is accessible only to authorised Altilink (SoberCloud) staff handling client relations, and is stored on SoberCloud infrastructure located in France, which also hosts this website: no third-party processor has access to it.

No other recipient, no ad network, no data broker: your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and no transfer outside the European Union takes place.

Data Hosting

Your data is hosted in France by SoberCloud, a sovereign hosting provider located in the Alps, powered by renewable energy. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Cookies and Trackers

This website does not use any tracking cookies or any external resources. All resources are served locally. Audience measurement is performed by Umami, a tool self-hosted on our French servers (SoberCloud, Briançon), cookie-free and without collecting any personal data, no consent banner is required. Your theme preference (light/dark) is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), without setting a cookie.

Data Retention Period

Your contact data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
